What is the current view on Montagu? Culture, Performance, etc.

Currently heard they are running processes for London.

I don't know why but over the years I always have ingrained in myself that Montagu is among the "nicer" funds (from several ppl who interned/worked there). Does this still hold true?

How is their latest fundraising going and how are they perceived in the market? I like their carve-out angle and see that this could be a good area to be in over the coming years.

Software exposure seems limited to the extent that they don't have any generic software/SAAS asset but very vertical/critical data assets.

Any honest views appreciated.

Seems short lived, emotional team - difficult competition with Capulet, founder distracted by tumultuous relationship

I laughed at this - thank you

A friend of friend works there, he really likes it and claims they have great culture. Can't comment on dealflow/fundraising. My understanding is that they have several EU offices but the Associate program runs for a year in London first then you move back to your home office
