What is this role?

Hey everyone, I recently came across this type of role from a company called StepStone Group via LinkedIn. I have heard of this company before, but I didn't really know what they did. I have seen this type of role for public markets with a trade operation or trade support position title, but never before for the private markets. I guess my question is what would this role entail in terms of exit opps and reputation?
