What matters for On-Cycle PE Recruiting?
Been reading on here about how PE recruiting begins as soon as you hit the desk for you FT banking job. So I'm curious what headhunters are evaluating you on to get interviews? So take 2 bankers in the same bank/group/profile...would the one with strong internship experience have a huge advantage over someone that doesn't?
I got a good gig for FT 2022 that is known to send analysts to PE, but did not intern there so wondering if I'm at a disadvantage here.
