What to expect at a Co-Investment interview (superday)?
Anyone here have a superday at a large Co-Investment shop before? Ideas on what to expect? Senior Associate / VP level.

A lot of behavioral interviews with the team to assess fit. If you haven't done a case study or a model test yet, you may get those on site as well.
Appreciate it. Haven't done a case/model yet so will keep prepping -- it can't be that in depth, could it? Almost seems like a waste to bring someone on site for 5 hours and spend a fifth or more of that on a modeling test. It's been a while since I've built an LBO purely from scratch so have been practicing.
Be able to walk through how you would evaluate a potential co-investment. This includes potential risk and mitigants, investment highlights, comments on valuation, sponsor base case and sponsor value creation plan, etc. You may not be asked to complete a formal case study but I would be surprised if they didn’t at least try to pick your brain as to how you think about prospective investments.
