When to Start Full Time Recruiting
Hey - currently a rising Senior at a target school and interning at a strong asset management firm (think Fidelity/PIMCO/State Street). While I do think I will enjoy the work, I really am curious about interviewing for other jobs (in venture capital, private equity, and potentially even investment banking).
Would now be an okay time to start reaching out and asking connections if they are looking for full time hires? Is there any risk with just reaching out and letting firms know I’m interested?
Any advice would be really appreciated!
