I'm new to the Investing space and don't know much. I'm looking for some advise to help steer my money to accrue over time. I have about 10k. I know this may be small for all you folks here, but I want to start a lil early than realize the scope when I'm older.

I'd say invest half in mutual funds and keep saving more till you are able to afford a multi-family unit and rent part of it out.
I did that it's working pretty well.
