Which tools do you use to manage your relationships?

Mid-level investment professional at a multi-strat HF here. Thought this topic fit better in the PE category. Sourcing is becoming an increasingly large part of my job and with it comes relationship management. Because I'm basically flat out all the time I find it hard to keep track of my relationships, who I have spoken to when etc. Currently I manage my rolodex like a dinosaur... It's just business cards, LinkedIn, and ad hoc reach outs. I would love to have a CRM-like tool that allows me to categorize relationships, keep track of time since last touch point etc.

I know some firms offer enterprise CRM solutions for relationship management, but I'd prefer to keep my IP personal. Would not mind paying for a good tool, does not have to be free.

What are you guys doing?

Affinity is a CRM for investors. It is very good. It will even do things like connect to your email to save conversations by person / organization / etc. It has places for you to put your notes about said person. It's also collaborative (if you so choose) with team functionalities. It will also sync with things like Crunchbase or Pitchbook to get company information (not as sure about this because I did not use this feature, but handy).
