Why I rarely see gay men doing IB

Did my bachelor in UK and now working at a BB/EB as analyst in Germany. Just wonder why I have not met or even heard many gays in this industry, only some guys during the LGBT diversity events, and rarely FO (M&A PE Trading etc)... And on these hook-up apps such as Grindr/Tinder, I have not chatted to anyone who works at IB or PE. Why is that? Is it true that this is a very straight industry, and most gays either do not do Finance or just in other positions and industries (Consulting, Industry...)? Any insights guys? What is the general case in USA? Always welcome more comments from different countries and perspectives.

Cheers!
