Hasn’t been an update on these guys in a very long while. Any recent insight into comp, people, portfolio performance, etc? Obviously not one of the three big dogs in town (MDP, GTCR, BDT) but how are they generally viewed in the Chicago market given they’ve been around quite a long time and continued to scale?

Is that comp right? That is significantly below what I'd have guessed... Last fund was $1.5B
maybe it changed but that was it was in the offer letter from 2019 that i read. tbf salaries in chicago outside of MDP and GTCR tend to be lower than you’d think (eg multi billion $ family office paying $160, $500M fund paying $200)
