Women in PE - Recruiting Advice?
Currently recruiting/interviewing for PE roles. I've noticed that a lot of investing teams are made up of mostly dudes (makes sense since its male-dominated) but it's harder to find common interests with older males. Any advice/insight on how to be more likeable in PE chats or interviews?
