Work From Home PE Firms

Are there any major private equity firms that support their professionals working from home (particularly after you spend a few years at HQ as an associate / sr. associate).

There are certainly a handful of us on this forum, that would be inclined to live in a Tier 3/4 city (i.e. their hometown) due to familial / SO reasons. Are there any PE firms that would support senior associates and above (after you have spent three/four years at HQ) splitting time or working remotely and traveling.

A lot of these types don't fundamentally trust their staff. Unless they can see them working, they're constantly questioning if they are really working to the same extent. I've noticed no real change to productivity across VP / Associate / Analysts etc since Covid hit and we've started WFH, yet senior management's view has often been we're not as productive / less is getting done etc. This is in an UMM which is known for a better culture vs. competitors. It doesn't help that a small minority have been taking advantage of WFH which ruins trust with senior management, and by extension ruins it for all.
