Can we share some thoughts on this fund? Culture? The people? Career progression?
It is outside of Chicago so it can be helpful to find houses closer to the office versus working for a fund located to downtown…much more traffic.

Fairly large fund based in Rosemont (Chicago suburb). Decent size (think all-in AUM is ~$4bn these days). They do hairier deals and are known for this. If you want to be investing in more stressed / operationally intensive situations very solid spot IMO.
