1st year REPE Compensation

Based on everyone's knowledge and experience, what compensation do you think I should expect post graduation.

I'll be graduating from the University of Wisconsin's MSRE Private Equity program and will have 2.5 years of commercial brokerage experience. I know I'm not the best candidate ever, but I wanted to exit brokerage and break into REPE. For context, I work at a boutique brokerage shop in Wisconsin and would be looking to work in Chicago. My current roommate just graduated from the same program, had 6 months of experience as a real estate analyst and was able to get a total compensation package of roughly 125k in Milwaukee.

I really have no idea how much my brokerage experience will help me, as I do mainly Industrial and retail leasing.

Just curious what you all think.
