Does anyone know where I can find a specific list of the assets involved in this $1.5B portfolio sale in 2013? I know it's a long shot given age but need to track down. The information is weirdly absent from EQR's SEC filings. Thanks.

Have you tried RCA? That's the first place I would look, though I don't have access anymore and can't verify for you.
Was able to pull a portion of the portfolio sale, 17 out of 27 apartments for $942.2M
They're trading right now FYI. Wouldn't go crazy trying to find them.
EDIT: I got bored and tracked them down. There are some real dogs in there, and to think a large insurance company is going to put this in their core fund... average year built is 1992.
give it some time - but itll likely be in an upcoming "financial supplement". The 8k wont have all the assets, just the raw info on the transaction. If not i'm sure a call to IR would get you what you need - depending on the level of detail.
