How come Tishman Speyer didn't even make it to the top 25 this year? They didn't release their #s yet or something?
If I recall, I don't think Tishman did much development last year. I know they are currently acquiring office buildings, but not sure on development. Also this list doesn't seem very accurate. I know several developers that have much more SF under construction than some of the ones listed here.
Agreed. Tishman has been a decently active player in purchasing existing product but not a ton of actual new development. Agree with Teddy's comment--in the mid Atlantic alone, Perseus Realty, MRP, ASB are a few I am surprised to not see on this list.
