5 years experience in CRE debt-compensation??

If you spend 5 years at a high profile place (CBRE, HFF, Prudential, Wells, etc) that does substantial amounts of commercial debt annualy(in every platform), how much will you make if you switch companies or leave for another company in a new role? 150k? more? less?

What is your job at one of these places? (not title, what will you actually be doing) Also, where will you be doing it?

Origination sizing, market research on deal, and assist underwriting with deal if they are swamped

What kind of ridiculous question is this? Very strange. What does switching companies have to do with anything? Those firms you mentioned are so different. Are we talking NYC or are we talking Minneapolis?

So, the person in question is just doing market research and "origination sizing" (what is that?), and not even underwriting deals unless the other guy is swamped? I can't imagine someone like that getting paid $150k+, even in NY.
