Acq Associate Hiring NY
Is anyone getting traction for acq associate positions in NY at any of the larger shops or more traditional PE like shops? If so, any advice on how to navigate would be appreciated.

You may not see much posted but from the emails I have been getting, recruiters definitely have roles (i.e SG Partners, Coda Search, Selby Jennings, etc).
Any names of firms they’ve been passing along opportunities for ?
For SG partners, I had an initial call with them that went really well. From there, they said they’ll pass along opportunities as they come. Haven’t seen anything come in since then. Did you just start receiving emails from them about roles after your first intro call or did you have to follow up ?
I keep hearing that, but never actually get anything.
Never get any email communication of those opportunities from recruiters ?
