I can't tell whether I am below market, and there isn't much data out there for me to point to on LinkedIn or elsewhere. For someone on a lean team doing cap markets/acquisitions at a large developer/owner-operator and handling all financings, sizing up new deals, budgets, ad hoc asset management, etc., what is a realistic comp?
