Calculating turnover revenue:
Let’s say 10% of rental income is turned over. Simplicity total revenue is $1,000,000 in rental income so $10,000 is lost. Let’s assume it happens one month of the year. Would you multiple your rental income by 10%*1/12 to get your turned over vacancy?
To get your turned over revenue you would you then take that figure and multiply it by (1+mark-to-market growth%)*12 to annualize?
