Acquisitions Performance Metrics
I'm taking on an acquisitions role at a smaller REPE shop. I'm in a junior role (Associate) and working with the partners to set my performance metrics. I'll be responsible for all underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution work.
What are some of your performance metrics you're held to each year? Any insight is much appreciated.

It's tough because the roll is so market driven. I would say Boss's perception of you is the largest then followed by deal activity. Additionally, if you are able to source a deal or two that would be above and beyond at Associate level.
