I saw the A.CRE program has a consulting platform and they're looking for professionals in the industry who I'm guessing can create custom models/consult on projects for firms as a service.
Does anyone have any insight into this gig? They're looking for ~20 hrs/week. I'm thinking it could be a good side hustle while getting more experience modeling and understanding how other companies are looking at the market/deals.
Curious on pay/hr, difficulty of the work, personal opinions on whether you'd do it or not, etc.
