Advice: CBRE Second Round Interview - Research Position

I had a meeting for a first round interview for a research position, they've asked me to come back. Any advice in order to prepare, the first one was more about my resume what would this second round be like?

Any advice is appreciated.

Make sure you can talk to your excel skills. You end up dealing with a lot of data in excel so stuff like indexmatch, vlookups, and pivot tables come in handy.

Secondly, talk about your writing skills. You'll probably be writing quarterly reports about each asset class.

CBRE interviews are market specific mostly, so each office will have a different structure with how they interview. I'd check out some of their research reports that they publish on their website, you should be able to get them for free i believe.
