Advice for a late bloomer

When I graduated high school I decided to get my real estate salesperson license rather than attending college. I worked as an agent for a couple of years and got some experience landing clients and closing deals, but found that I really enjoy analyzing investment properties and figuring out how to find good deals/add value to commercial and residential properties. I'm now a 22 year old sophomore enrolled in a finance program at a non-target school with a 3.5 GPA. I am trying to figure out what paths exist for someone like me and what I ought to do to improve my opportunities upon graduation.

Other (potentially) helpful information: I currently work as a teller in a BB / Long term goal of owning enough commercial property to retire / I value WLB over a larger paycheck.

I appreciate any advice you have, and thank you for your time!

The real answer is that nothing is off the table. IBD, LMM PE, Consulting, etc. It will be an extremely uphill battle but I and countless others have done it (not from your exact background but similar enough). Figure out what you want to do, locate internship opportunities and network heavily, and try not to share your age unless specifically asked about it.

You want to do the same thing anyone else completing their UG would do but you should get out of the teller job ASAP. Since you have agent experience, try to become an analyst, asset manager or even property manager on a part time basis while you finish school. You want to be stacking your resume with applicable experience even while you finish school, if possible. You can also take some RE Certs like REFM or classes on Udemy. Make sure to get your ARGUS certification while you're in UG because it is really cheap and put that on your resume as well
