You could put the deal on RealCrowd (or other similar platforms). We've been exploring the equity crowd-funding space to diversify our investor base and have had good results with it, raising anywhere from high six figures to $2MM in equity on several of our smaller deals. $3MM is not out of reach on one of these platforms.
