Affordable and Workforce Housing Career Paths
I am interested in the affordable and workforce housing mainly because I think it’s one of the major problems our nation faces today and I guess I’d like to help be a part of the solution. I believe most of what my strengths are the entitlement and working with housing authorities on tax exempt bonds and equity raising. Are there any consultant groups that focus on the equity raising and negotiation with housing authorities? What are some career paths besides lending, development, acquisitions in the affordable space?
