Affordable Multifamily Transactions in TX
Anybody here have experience in affordable multifamily transactions in TX? Would love to pick your brain as I am working on a deal which involves a multifamily asset with rents restricted to 50% of AMI for 100% of the units. Appreciate your help, thank you!
