Affordable/Workforce Housing REPE Firms?

Happy Saturday all,

Does anyone have a list of affordable and/or workforce housing focused REPE firms (Red Stone, Bridge, etc.)? Trying to source a few for recruiting purposes.

Thanks!

Belveron Partners, Asland Capital Partners (related to StepStone), Jonathan Rose has an in house fund which is very active... there are a lot of them.  A lot of larger shops have teams dedicated to this.  More on the equity side than the operator side, since that's what I assume you were asking.

Urban Mogul - Related and L+M are both national firms.  So are places like Winn or Beacon or Jonathan Rose - those funds invest all over the place.  Obviously they have an association with a particular city... but the Millenia Cos are better known as a national presence than a Cleveland one.  Ditto Dominium and Minnesota, or McCormack Baron in St Louis.
