AI in real estate?

Hey y'all -

Was wondering how you guys are implementing AI in real estate (if you are).

Currently using Claude/ChatGPT to create briefs and uploading legal and financial docs for review.

I've seen a ton of ways to visualize items too (partnership agreements, banking timelines).

Self promo pitch (mods, feel free to take this down)

Currently making an app for CRE where you can input a T-12/RR/OM and export the data into a csv to plug into your excel model. Would love to connect with more folks who are on the cutting edge of tech.
