Alvarium?
Hi guys,
Does anyone know much about Alvarium, specifically their real estate co-investment department? Co-Investment | Real Estate & Private Equity Advisors & Management | Alvarium Investments
It appears they take stakes and / or co-invest in other private RE platforms. To those of you familiar with UK real estate, they are also the investment advisor to LXI REIT & HOME REIT. They're even a major shareholder in Pradera.
They caught my attention due to their investment strategy but also because they recently co-acquired a stake in Diok: Alvarium and 64 Investments acquire Diok mino... | propertyEU
From reading online I understand they are about to merge with a US family office and double in size, taking AUM to $50bn (not sure how much of this is real estate, but Alvarium themselves have invested $7bn).
Seems like they could be one to watch.
