Analysis paralysis

I’m an analyst for a development firm specializing in industrial and retail. I underwrite all our deals, and lately, I feel like I’m going in circles trying to underwrite projects without actually executing. Sometimes, I get hung up on the small details when a project is just starting. I almost feel like it’s writer’s block for Excel. Any tips for time management, executing, and analysis paralysis?
