Analyst Comp

As we get towards the holidays and possibly bonus season I wanted to understand what everyone is seeing in the market regarding comp for roles like Analyst and Associate levels. This will vary from HCOL/LCOL cities, but generally trying to understand what the expectation or where the market has been landing recently.

Did someone just share a google sheet doc for this or did they put out a survey? If it’s not too much work I would do it

Anonymous Monkey:

that google sheet comp data set from a few years ago is great and would be clutch if someone remade it.

I’m in Dallas and make $140k base and don’t know what bonus will be this year. I can see it being anywhere from $30K to $80K.

Work in acquisitions

What kind of shop? Bank, Lifeco, GP, LP… Curious - interested in making the move to Dallas preferably for acquisitions soon.
