Any Chicago REPE firms that pay well?

As title says, are there any Chicago REPE firms that pay well? Would be talking at the associate level and what I would consider good would be like $220-250+ all in at associate.

Currently underpaid despite fund claiming otherwise, ignorantly so imo.

For Chicago firms, I think Walton and Prime probably pay around those numbers ($100 - $125k base, 100% bonus target), but they don't post jobs often. My advice would be to look at firms that are not headquartered in Chicago/are east-coast based. I work for a REPE firm in the Chicago office that has a much larger east coast presence and that level of comp at the associate/senior associate level would be standard.
