Any other good Compensation Studies apart from Rhodes Associates?

Really frustrating how opaque this industry is when it comes to comp. I’ve found the Rhodes associates study to be helpful, but wondering if there are other good ones out there?

I’m trying to benchmark comp for an SVP-type at an operator in a HCOL market. Thanks in advance

Macdonald & Company just put out a couple, but honestly they struck me as low based on my experience talking with peers + recruiting. My experience talking with a recruiter there as well has always been that they had the lowest paying positions I typically come across, so not sure what the mismatch is. Maybe they're just focused on smaller firms vs. someone like Rhodes is focused on the largest firms
