Any syndicators out there? How much are you spending on marketing?
We just started a syndication shop. Everything will function through our site. We're going to be doing 506c offerings and spending on marketing through public channels (website, Email, conferences, etc). Offerings will be typically minimums of $50K.
Any syndicators out here? Any idea what's a good ratio in terms of marketing vs. Capital raised? Where do you think we will find the best success (TV, radio, newspaper, conferences, etc)?
