AFAIK Apollo's RE team does not hire analysts (they start from aso)
They do hire analysts, they just hired one earlier this year.

Close with a guy who works in their NYC office. They are very active and do a ton of hairier redevelopment and opportunistic deals. Insane hours for the most part like 80-100 hours per week. Pay is top of street for RE roles. It’s a 5 year associate program and then you go up to principal.
How does pay compare to IB? Are they breaking $300-400K?
