Are custom stucco wall fence systems worth the cost for multifamily properties?
I'm looking into ways to improve privacy, security, and curb appeal for a multifamily property, particularly in a warm or coastal market. I’d be interested to hear about the total cost, maintenance requirements, permitting process, and whether it had any noticeable effect on the property’s value or tenant appeal.
Would you consider it a worthwhile capital improvement, or is a conventional fence usually the better investment?
