You aren't going to find any discount or promo's for Argus. Altus has created such a monopoly that they know they don't have to offer discounts/promo's etc to make sales. The only time I have seen Argus licensing/ testing offered at a discount is either through your company or through a local college.

Just email them and state that you're a college student and you cannot afford the $1250 price tag on the Enterprise bundle. I did this back over the summer so things may have changed between now and then but it's definitely worth a shot.
