ARGUS - Mark to market rent comparison
Is there a report/view in ARGUS that compares in-place rent to market rent from MLAs per year? Even if there's an indirect way that I can calc in Excel, let me know.
Example: Y1 lease rent is $25 PSF vs $30 PSF market rent
Hoping to create a view that shows that potential increase/decrease in rent per year
I believe it’s under ‘tenant reports’ when looking at individual tenants lease and cash flows.
