Question: Vending Machines that are located in the lobby will generate $700.00 a month in additional revenue, which is 100% Variable, and will grow by the General Inflation Rate.
What would be the total amount on a per year basis?
According to the Property Report - Cash Flow Year 1 $1,680 Year 2 $1,730 Year 3 $1,782 Year 4 $1,836
*** The way I calculated is was $700.00 x 12 months = $8,400 *** How did it come out to $1,680?

Would likely need to see a screenshot/more details of your inputs in the additional revenue section, but you can also input the amount as $8,400 per year and grow it at inflation.

I just figured out how to get $1,680!
The problem was that I had this revenue at 100% fix rate. It should have been at 0%. Since this revenue is 100% Variable.
