ARGUS timing error
I have just restarted reviewing argus videos and put in everything correctly and noticed the values I got at the end were different. I just made the same property again and noticed after putting in the property with a 5-year analysis starting in Jan. 2020 (mixed use- office/retail) the timing values were different than the example. the video had dates in 2019/2020, whereas mine are for some reason in 2023.
How do I fix this? everything I have is correct and this could be a reason why my values are incorrect.
