ARGUS - Training

Pro Tip:

If you are looking to get better at ARGUS, or to learn it for the first time. Pay $175 on the ARGUS website for their eBook. It is 14, step by step case studies, modeling assets from scratch.

This is also a good way to get your boss to pay for your 2.5 day ARGUS certification class which costs $1800. Prove to your boss you retained value from the self taught case studies, show him/her the models you built, and BOOM they sign off on your expense request for the $1800 class.

I think this is so important to share. So many job postings/interviews STRESS the importance of ARGUS, but not enough people learn it in college. OR if they did learn it in college, it was not enough repetitions. This 14 case, case study is literally GOLD. Master this, and get any Real Estate job. Do not listen to all of the hustlers trying to sell you a class, if they were good at their Real Estate jobs they would be making way more money in real estate than peddling you study classes. You are already smart enough, now use this to sharpen your sword.

Cheers!

I've been looking into the $1300 self taught program, is this $1800 course an alternative where it is taught by someone for 2.5 days? The $1300 one is literally a bunch of different videos and is boring from what I've heard, I tried to call Argus and of course no one answered so I wanted to see if anyone here knew if I am trying to get the Argus Enterprise Certificate. I know there are a ton of threads on here about Argus which I am looking through as well.
