ARGUS: What data do you ask for?
To get the most accurate argus model, what's the most essential data you need? (Rent roll, T12, leases CAM recoveries)?
My biggest issue is honing in on CAMs. What do you guys ask for to make sure you get it as accurate as possible?
Copies of leases and how CAMs are being recovered per tenant if you wanna get detailed. Model it based on historical performance and the trend moving forward if you wanna keep it general
