What are everyone's thoughts regarding asset level repe and entity level pe? Casting a wide net here so tell me your thoughts regarding exit ops, overall prestige, work experience, excitement, what you prefer?, industry reputation etc.
I understand many REIB start at the entity level but it seems many exit ops are for funds (minus the megafunds, BX, TPG, Lone Star, etc.) that concentrate on opportunistic/value-add opportunities on the asset level
