Asset Management analyst technical assessment

Hey WSO community!

I have an upcoming on-site assessment for a boutique RE asset management firm on Excel and PPT to complete within 60 minutes. From what I could gather from the HR department, the assessment consists of basic information that I would be provided with and that I'll need to present.

What do you guys recommend I should review in order to be fully prepped? I have already brushed up on financial modelling, but feel as there aren't many free Development case studies out there.

Any sort of feedback would be greatly appreciated!
