How interesting does AM get in value add funds for industrial(includes self storage and cold storage) and multi family? This includes some ground up developments with JV partners.

I work in AM for a value add MF repe and I like to think it’s quite interesting. From refinancing and dispositions to operations to rehabs and ground up developments, our group sees a lot of different parts of the industry.
