Depends on role, firm size, location. MM to UMM (non-MF) I'm seing $125k-150k base + 25-50% bonus in T1/T2 cities
Del
Was talking to recruiters for ASC 1 roles and got comp quotes all over the place, some quotes below:
DC: top 10 MF acquisitions, 150 base + 50-75% bonus
ATL: top 10 MF, 155-165 base + 70-100% bonus
NYC: UMM repe, 125 base + up to 100% bonus
NYC: LifeCo, ~125 base, ~170 all in
NYC: LMM AM, ~125 base, ~165 all in
You’d be living like a king with that comp in ATL
Assuming the DC role is Carlyle, that bonus number is lower than what I was quoted. I was told something more like 75-100%
Received an offer about year ago for a shop that was $165k base and 30% bonus. Big company that has a CRE PC group but the cre PC is not a focal point.
