Looking for CRE or REGAL IB Analysts with 1-3 YOE who want to join an early stage Real Estate Development company with the backing of a Fortune 10 Family Office. Comp is in-line with IB. Hours much better, work is significantly more exciting than IB.

Can be based anywhere, with preference for Austin/TX area.
