Nothing will happen. Ignore it and don’t bring it up. Take it off your resume going forward - no reason to include your HS GPA unless it was actually a 3.9-4.0.
They have better things to do with their time - 100% they will not check. They didn’t hire you because your GPA was a 3.9 - that may have mattered when determining if you got an interview. They hired because they liked you IN the interviews.

It's just not fair, I know plenty people who are super talented but screened out because of this point (internships etc but probably less for graduate roles) ... in my opinion, it does matter early on.
