Are you assigned to a low deal flow state? It's hard to compare state by state, some areas have minimal deal flow, and some areas like Houston have junk deals out every second…I would assume your senior team understands the market differences…if you are concerned, you can always jump to a more team-based shop where Assoc are shared services. Doesn't hurt to look out for better opportunities.
