Pretty great reputation - seniors mostly MSREF people who left after GFC, I think.
Culture apparently depends heavily on if the office is more Bentall Kennedy or more GreenOak.
Unsure re: comp but allegedly below street.
Great reputation for sure, huge shop for a reason. Agree with other poster that culture depends on the office. Canadian office is mostly Bentall/Sunlife folks and is much more institutional but I've heard NYC is more stereotypical REPE culture.
